Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ruth Deborah TZ is a multifaceted entrepreneur and media personality. As the founder of Afrigop Promotions Limited and creator of AFRIGOP Entertainment, she leverages her 15+ years of sales and marketing expertise to empower young talent. Currently, Ruth serves as the Africa Regional Sales and Marketing Manager at WVTCtv Network.
Beyond her marketing prowess, Ruth co-hosts the Caribbean American African Gospel Music Countdown (CAAG) on over 20 networks, both online and on cable. She also manages two online radio stations: Africa Gospel Connect and Black Swan Radio. An international award-winning gospel singer, Ruth is a devoted mother and certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) licensed by the California Ministry of Health.
Ruth has undergone leadership training through the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), a program dedicated to equipping young African leaders with knowledge and skills to drive economic development. Her values are rooted in simplicity, love, and a strong work ethic.
Afrigop's mission is to nurture young talent, fostering financial independence and enabling them to pay it forward. Recently, Ruth was honored with a dedicated sub-channel for African content on WVTCtv Network. She collaborates with Hollywood producers and writers to showcase African talent and provide a platform for diverse content. By offering a stage for African creatives, WVTCtv Network allows global audiences to experience the richness of African artistry.
